In Chapter 10, Tomas, was being assisted in setting new intentions for the life of Robert Michael Wilson who was born on 31 January 1952. Mr Michael Newton explained to me that this would be a Master Birth Path Number of 22 to Transmute the Mental Body. By adding each of the numbers of 3 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 9 + 5 + 2 = 22. Normally you would add the resulting number together until you end in a number between one and nine. In this case if it was not a Master Birth Path Number then say, 23 = 2 + 3 = 5, would then end up as the chakra number of 5. The exceptions to adding back to a number between one and nine are total numbers, 11, 22, 33, and 44. Number 11 is to transmute the physical. 22 is to transmute the mental. 33 is to transmute the spiritual and 44 is to rule the planet in the Way of the Age of Aquarius. The Master Birth Path Number 55 is to achieve Ascension back to the Light of Source Energy which can be achieved internally within your Heart Chakra Chestahedron Exit Womb. So, I was keen to ask more questions about what it means to transmute my mental body. I fell off to sleep and immediately in my dream state I awakened at school on Arcturus with my Headmistress ready to greet me.  

Tomas: “Hello Headmistress Ziah, our Bright Light. Do you know what questions I have come to ask about tonight to gain your Arcturian wisdom?”

Headmistress: “Hello Tomas. Oh Yes. I know you want to understand more about, ‘How a Master Birth Path Number of 22 can enable you to transmute the mental body and does this have anything to do with mental health issues on your planet at present?’ Your Mental Body becomes more in balance when you are able to integrate your liquid crystal energy circuitry of your Head Brain, with your Heart Brain, and your Gut Brain. We describe your Left, Male, Logical, Thinking, Ego, Self Orientated Head Brain as your learned 10% Conscious Mind. We describe your Right Brain, as Female, Intuitive, Feeling, Sensitive, Service Orientated Head Brain integrated with your Heart Brain and Gut Brain as your experienced 90% Subconscious Mind. Both your Conscious and Subconscious Minds all exist within the 5% of Matter as a Human Space Suit Renta-a-body. When you enter through your Heart Chakra Chestahedron Exit Womb (Chapter 10) you will experience the 95% of the Universe we describe as opening up to your Superconscious Mind.”

Human Life as compared with an Iceberg in the context of Mind Awareness

Let us use the analogy of an Iceberg as the three levels of Mind Awareness.

1. A Superconscious Mind we will call the Environment. (The 95% of the Universe external to the 5% Matter.)
2. A Subconscious Mind or the Service Heart and Gut autonomic nervous system connected with the Right Head Brain, is the 90% of the Iceberg submerged under water and,
3. A Conscious Mind or the Self, Ego Left Brain Head Mind is the 10% of the Iceberg above the Water. (Items 2 and 3 are within the 5% of Matter within the Universe. This is often described as the Duality of the Physical world of the mindsets.)

Headmistress: “We are going to integrate your Dualistic 5% Matter Mind with a reawakened Triangular Fractal Homo consciousness 95% Universal Mind. 

Fifth-dimension Triangular Fractal Homo consciousness combined Mind.

Headmistress: “In Chapter 7 Worksheet you showed the Three-circle concept in the centre of the Tibetan Buddhist Thanka or wall hanging.”

The Eight fold Path can be summarised as, Tara who Protects you from Eight Dangers. 

The eight dangers (aṣṭaghora) are: lions, elephants, fire, snakes, robbers, waters, infectious diseases, and demons. This sutra also contains an incantation Ohm Tare Tuttare Ture Soha, which is chanted to invoke Tara’s protection. 

In Tibetan Buddhism, each of these outer dangers is also associated with an inner psychological meaning. As such, lions represent pride, wild elephants represent delusion, fires represent anger, snakes represent jealousy, bandits represent wrong views, bondage represent avarice, floods represent desire and attachment, and evil spirits and demons represent doubts.

Headmistress: “On your planet western medicine has spent a lot of time working on left brain events and right brain emotional responses using talk therapies (Psychology) and then masking the causality with drug therapies of pharmaceuticals (through Psychiatry) to calm the mental head brains. The western medicine has also used the Electroconvulsive Therapy ECT energy therapy to reset the brain. It has not substantially embraced causality of your mental health condition or reviewing the blocked acupuncture energy meridian lines found in the myofascial or muscle skin lines. There is a great need to understand your Karmic Energy Record known as your Akashic Record of Past Lives. It is also very important to understand the inherited Male DNA Records from the past 180,000 years of the Homo sapiens experiment that is recorded in the Nuclei of each of your cells. The inherited Female DNA effects from the last 40,000 years of the Homo sapiens story is also recorded in the Mitochondria of each of your cells.”

Tomas: “That sounds like a fair description of the western medicine system I was guided to use after experiencing years of mental stress as an accountant for over forty years and a PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) experience in 2009 at the height of the GFC (Global Financial Crisis) while working as a Financial Planner.”

Headmistress: “So before we look in depth at Transmuting of your Conscious and Subconscious minds, we need to step one level higher beyond the Duality of the Left Brain and Right Brain and consider the integrating concept of the Trinity or Theological Tripartite. The Trinity is often described as the three aspects of Homo sapiens, being Body, Mind and Spirit. Duality is sometimes described just as the two aspects of Body and Mind, or Male and Female, or Left Brain and the Right Brain or as the concepts of Yin and Yang.”

Tomas: “Yes, I have experienced many Dualistic Thinking situations, such as two opposing political parties, where one person is thinking in a Northerly direction and where another person is thinking in an opposite Southerly direction. We often find, righteous aggressors where they have labelled an organisation or country as terrorists, can then justify in their own minds their right to invade and destroy. Domestic violence is full of duality responses. I prefer to consider Encompassing Thinking where you try to look for 3, 4, or more points of view. For example, between a north and a south point of view, there are an east and a west view. In a compass there are 360 degrees or ways to review each event.”

Headmistress: “So for our purpose we are going to review some of the historical developments of the western scientific understandings of the dualistic right and left physical brain mind into ever expanding theories of classification. 

Firstly, the animal evolutionary brain theories. In the 1960’s Dr Paul D MacLean developed the Triune Human Brain Theory which was further developed in 2007 by Connie Barlow and Michael Dowd into the Quadrune Human Brain Theory.

The brain stem and cerebellum are the oldest: Reptilian Brain (physical instincts) = Lizard Legacy. Next to evolve was our Old Mammalian Brain (social instincts) = Furry Mammals. Then our New Mammalian Brain (interpretive instincts) = Monkey Mind. Finally, our Advanced Brain (executive function and spiritual instincts) = Higher Porpoise. This characterization was co-created by Connie Barlow and Michael Dowd, and published in Dowd’s book, Thank God for Evolution. 2007.

Secondly, let us review the general understandings of the Topographical System of the Mind particularly the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. 

Sigmund Freud changed this topography to Conscious, Preconscious and Unconscious. In 1923, in addition to these spatial dimensions, Freud introduced three distinct, interacting agents of the mind as the id, ego and superego. 

Carl Gustav Jung classified the unconscious mind into the Personal Unconscious and the Collective Unconscious (similarly described in this book as the Fifth-dimension). Jung often described the Collective Unconscious with the understanding of the word Numinous (arousing spiritual or religious emotion; mysterious or awe-inspiring). Carl Jung suggested that the connection with the Collective Unconscious could be obtained through dreaming. In this book, Tomas uses dreaming to connect with the Fifth-dimension (Collective Unconscious). Onenironautics is described as the process of being a consciously aware traveller in a Lucid Dream where you can connect with the greater understanding of the Fifth-dimension and change directions in your application within your world of conscious and subconscious mind matter. 

In Psychoanalysis and other psychological theories, the unconscious mind is the part of the psyche (Soul described as the totality of the human mind, conscious and unconscious) that is not available for introspection. 

Psychology and Psychiatry were originally the study of the psyche, spirit or the soul and was symbolised by the butterfly (UK). However, Westerner Scientific study has concentrated on the expansion of the external material understanding of the mind. Fifth-dimension Triangular Fractal Homo consciousness Mind. Intentional Focus Inwards. Knowable Superconscious Mind.

Headmistress: “Yes Tomas, they are very good examples of Intentional Focus outwards and Intentional Focus Inwards. In Chapter Seven you experienced the Black Buddha observing with the use of the Fractal Formula of movement greater than one to expand more into the 5% matter of Spacetime. He observed that with the use of the Fractal Formula and the movement of less than one, he was able to head back towards the point of zero and entry into the Fifth-dimension for connection with and travel into the 95% of the Universe. Once in the 95% of the Universe, the Buddha was then able to achieve ascension further into Source Energy external to the Universe. 

In Christianity, they describe God, as the Source Energy external to the Universe, the Holy Spirit as the 95% of the Universe described as the Fifth-dimension, and the Son/Daughter, Christ/Mary, or dualistic Left/Right brain minds as the existence within the 5% of Matter. 

In Hinduism, they describe Tantric Yoga, as the Source Energy and the Light external to the Universe, Mantra Yoga as the light, colour, sound and frequencies as the 95% of the Universe, and Yantra Yoga as the study of mathematics of Triangulation which can be used to describe all of the 5% of Matter. Tomas: “Yes Michael Newton helped me to understand this information in Chapter 10, Sections, Three and Four. I will quickly refresh my understanding of these concepts.

This fractal triangulation does not enter the central point of the zero, but is the right starting conceptual step towards creating the Triangular Fractal mind.

Please look and stare at the following Centroid in a Triangle until you can visualise the red dot going outwards as a convex or stellated shape of a fractal as we expand into matter. Now can you visualise the red dot going inwards as a concave shape of a fractal entering towards the zero point. At this point you will discover the third connection of the Triangle Fractal Mind.

4. Barycentric Subdivision. In mathematics, the barycentric subdivision is a standard way to subdivide a given simplex into smaller ones. A simplex can be considered as a ball, a rod, a two-dimensional triangle and a three-dimensional triangle or tetrahedron. In algebraic topology it is sometimes useful to replace the original spaces with simplicial complexes via triangulations. In this case we are looking to understand the topography of the Fifth-dimensional Triangular Fractacle Mind.

This is a form of fractal mathematics less than one to connect with the zero point of the Fifth-dimension and the third connection of the Triangle Fractal Mind beyond Duality.

Uniform Centroid Triangle, and Uniform Centroid Tetrahedron. 

The “Uniform Triangle Mass Center” fractal is a recursive geometric design. Starting with an initial triangle, lines are drawn from the vertices (sides) to the centre of mass (centroid). This divides the shape into smaller triangles, and the process is recursively repeated from the new vertices to their respective centres.

We would like to show you one further example of an Iterated Barycentric subdivision distorted by circle packing. This is a form of fractal mathematics less than one to connect with the zero point of the Fifth-dimension. Headmistress: “Integrated energy therapies are widely used in other traditions to connect the three minds of brain, heart and gut. In China, Acupuncture, Tai Chi and Qi Gong are energy medicines. Tomas: “I can see that you are looking very different today. You have a glowing fire in your head brain with yellow light shining outwards. You also have a necklace of fire falling down from your head that then surrounds your heart before it continues on to surround your gut. I would say that this fire of light necklace looks very similar to the Acupuncture Stomach Meridian line (ST). Your heart is also glowing so brightly with a strong yellow and white light shining upwards and outwards. Does this indicate you want me to study and somehow connect my conscious head brain back into my subconscious heart brain and subconscious gut brain?”

Headmistress: “Yes Tomas, the acupuncture stomach meridian is half the story of what I am manifesting in my light show. The Stomach Meridian line (ST) is the front down movement of yang energy while the Spleen meridian line (SP) is the back-up movement of yin energy. The spleen as a solid capacitor AC current is linked with a hollow coil of the stomach line of a DC current. My side lights represent the Gall Bladder lines (GB) on my outer sides.”

Tomas: “Would you mind if I just pull up these charts on the screen? Yes, the Stomach Line (ST) starts at the eye and then goes up to the side of the head before dropping down around the heart and then to the gut region. The ST line ends in the tip of second toe.”

Tomas: “The second Stomach Line (ST) chart adds some more explanations.” 

Tomas: “Yes the Spleen Line (SP) starts in the big toes and at SP 14 and SP 15 circles around the Dan Tien point or seat of Qi Energy in the gut before rising up around the heart and finishing in the tongue. It crosses over with the ST points ST25 to ST 30. It also crosses over and connects with the Central Line points of CV 3, CV4, and CV12. A very big integration of the Head, Heart and Gut energy systems.”

Tomas: “Next is the Gall Bladder line (GB) on the sides of the body seem to integration and interweave with both the ST and SP lines together. GB 1 starts on the side of the eyes and does several trips around the head before threading from the back to the front around the heart and gut regions. It ends on the tips of the fourth toes.” 

The Energy Chakras connection with the Nervous System 

Headmistress: “Yes, I want you to look at this Chakra and integrated Nerve system chart. It clearly indicates the connection between the liquid crystal energy system which then manifests in the physical nerve system. Wait one moment while I turn on this light system within my body for you to experience seeing these connections.”

Tomas: “These connections are quite obvious as you illuminate these energy systems in your body for me to see. As I hold up my hands, I can feel this light energy radiating around your body. You certainly live up to the Ziah name of Bright Light. Oh, what an overwhelming sense of peace I am feeling. Would you mind if I just bath in this calm that I do not experience in my busy life on planet Earth. Being home is just so wonderful. Thank you for showing me this light and integration of my calm mind with my heart and gut.”

Headmistress: “There is one of the nerve systems in the body that also integrates the brain with the heart and gut. The clue is ‘Where does the head of the UK Parliament reside?’ Can you guess what I am referring to?”

Tomas: “Well the Prime Minster of England resides at 10 Downing Street, London. Oh yes. The tenth cranial nerve is the Vagus Nerve system which connects the brain to the heart and gut. Yes, I can see the connection Headmistress. There is a large developing medical field of study around the Vagus nerve which is called Bioelectronics, including implantable, wearables and radio controls to monitor the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve systems.”

Headmistress: “Yes Tomas. On your planet you have become so mentally disconnected from your source liquid crystal energy of subconsciousness mind stored in your chakras, DNA and acupuncture meridian lines. By your species not entering into your meditative or even remembering your dream state you have also become disconnected with your 13.7 billion years of energy records stored in your superconsciousness knowledge brain or akasha record. In your material world of the Fourth-dimension of Spacetime you already see yourselves as individualised humans. You are limiting yourselves to the measure of a cube (height, width and length) within time. Further you have separated your left-brain mind from the rest of your body to the extent we now call you ‘Walking Heads”. Transmutation of the mental body refers to calming down the power of your self-important separated Ego Self Left Brain Mind and reconnecting it back with your subconscious minds of the Service orientated Right Mind Brain with your heart and the gut feelings. 

Then to reconnect your heart back into the Superconscious Mind of the Fifth-dimension through the mathematics of the tesseract, a cube within a cube to find the seven-sided Chestahedron and within again the thirteen-sided Decatria. (The Chestahedron was introduced at the end of Chapter Six.) When the tesseract or cube within the cube folds out it becomes a cross. (The Tesseract was introduced in Chapter Three.) As the messenger Christ we sent to you, said, ‘If you want to know where I am going into the Fifth-dimension, or Heaven, then understand the mathematics of the cross and the tesseract.

So, is it one of three main mathematicians, Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan or Mary Jackson who worked for NASA around the 1950’s and 1960’s?” 

Headmistress: “Not quite right, not such the pioneer. This scientist obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics in 1962 from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and two years later received her Master’s in Atmospheric Physics from the same institution. She was born 19 February 1939. She worked as a research scientist at the NASA Goddard Space Centre. While working as a scientist she started studying courses in the human energy fields before becoming a world-renowned spiritual leader, healer and educator. You have two of her books, one of which has been translated into 26 languages and sold over 1 million copies. Can you guess whom I am talking about yet?” 

Tomas: “You must be talking about Barbara Ann Brennan who published the book ‘Hands of Light: A Guide to Healing through the Human Energy Field.’ This book was first published by Pleiades Books in 1987 and then by Bantam Books in 1988.” 

Headmistress: “Yes Tomas you are correct. So, the person I would like you meet is Professor Heyoan, a cosmologist whom Barbara Brennan channelled on many an occasion for the explanations and clarifications in her books. Let me take you down the corridor to Professor Heyoan’s rooms.”

Tomas: “Yes Professor Heyoan, for years I have not been able to get past page 15 of the book with this chart on it. Maybe I was not quite ready for my own Personal Healing.”

Professor Heyoan: “Now I am going to show you the same chart with female images. This time I would like you to sense the chart with your female energy and your creative and intuitive right-side brain. Just let it soak in, like when you are doing a jigsaw puzzle and you are matching colours with your right-side brain rather than shapes when using your left-side of the brain.”

Tomas: “Yes Professor, I am starting to feel energy expanding around me and when I focus on the Hara points and Core Star point, they have a buzzing sensation in my body.” 

I just sit there absorbing these feelings of integration and connection. Energy is flowing down my Hara line from the 28 constellations and North Star, centre to the galaxy spinning point. I can feel this galactic energy flowing through me and is being grounded into the centre of the Earth. In my Solar plexus I feel the Source energy exploding out of me as if my lighthouse lamp has just been turned on again. I am not sure how long Professor Heyoan lets me sit there in meditation and healing. Eventually I seem to focus back onto the surrounds of Professor Heyoan’s rooms.

Jung used the words of animus and anima to describe our two unconscious selves. Animus is described as the unconscious masculine side of a woman, and the anima as the unconscious feminine side of a man. Combined, these two halves will assist us to understand our full psychic, soul and connection with our Source Energy nature.

Professor Heyoan: “So Tomas when you add up all the individual numbers in your birthday like so 1st February, 1952 becomes 1 + 2 + 1 + 9 + 5 + 2 = 20 = 2 + 0 = 2. Life Path indicator is Chakra centre number 2. For all the numbers that end between 1 and 9 then you use numbers in the chakra chart as noted above with the explanations included in Chapter Ten of your book. In Chapter 8 this was the date of your first attempt to be born but died on arrival. The exceptions are for master birth path numbers of 11, 22, 33 and 44.

Example for eleven. – 15/08/1950 = 29 = 2 + 9 = 11. Transmute the Physical. This involves fully integrating the nine chakra centres into a glowing torus energy Aura. This represents Chakra Centre 11. This is called The Aura, in the Human Energy Consciousness System.

Example for twenty-two. –  31/01/1952 = 22. Transmute the Mental, -This involves integration of Chakra centres six (Pineal) and seven (Pituitary) in the brain, with chakra centre 4 (Thymus) of the heart and chakra centre 2 the gut (Dan Tien point or Adrenals) with chakra Centre 10 in the Earth and chakra Centre 12 represents the energy streaming from the 28 constellations. This is called The Hara, in the Human Energy Consciousness System. It is the Hara line that your Life Purpose or Intentions are held directing why your respond in different ways. The Hara holds the human body in matter until your life purposes are fulfilled. That is why it is sometimes hard for a person to pass over from their life on Earth, believing they may not have completed their Life Purpose. Life can be fun when the Hara is in balance and healthy. The Hara is also the liquid crystal structure on which the chakras or human energy fields and aura are built. Hara is a Japanese word representing the flow of sun radiant energy down through the Head, heart and then through the Dan Tien point below the belly button before the energy is grounded into the Earth. 

Example for a thirty-three. – 03/04/1988 = 33. Transmute the Spiritual. This involves the reconnecting of your Solar Plexus centre 3 with Chakra 13 or Metatron’s Cube the Cosmic Gateway which will be explained during a later visit. Chakra point 13 is additional to the 12 Chakra Chart above. This is called The Core Star, in the Human Energy Consciousness System. The Core Star recognises we are a piece of energy that was created 13.7 billion years ago during the big white bang. Over time as the Universe has expanded, we have become individualised and now consider ourselves as separated from the Universal Core Energy Field and become a separated ‘Human Energy Field’. This transmutation of the Spiritual enables us to reawaken and reconnect with the Universal Core Energy field and the Cosmic Gateway. Tomas: “So Professor Heyoan thank you for sharing the concept of using my right brain sensitivities to understand Barbara Ann Brennan’s concepts in her book ‘Light Emerging’ that has stumped me for over five years. Now to summarise. It appears to be my Life Purpose of a Master Birth Path number 22, is to draw down the energy from the twenty-eight heavenly constellations through my Head, Heart and Gut Centres and ground this energy down into the Earth. Simply to flow heavenly energies and ground them into the Earth with the Intention as a Service for the awakening of the human species. This daily activity is similar to a ‘Salute the Sun’ in Yoga. Professor Heyoan, I am enjoying meditating on the following picture as a model of my Life Purpose to transmute the mental body.”

Title: Understanding your connection from the Earth to the Sun or Source Energy. 

Professor Heyoan: “Tomas, I wish to remind you that you first started experiencing the awakening of your kundalini and your Hara connection when you visited and stayed at the Rumtek Dharma Chakra Centre in 1972. You were with the Australian Tibetan Society to meet with the refugee children being sponsored at this centre. Before you left for the tour from Brisbane, we asked you to record chanting and raga music on your tape recorder. Can you see the flags flying up on the hill. We guided you to climb up there to mediate and play your chanting music. To your surprise your brother Ted, had already climbed up there and you both meditated together. Can you call up a picture of Rumtek Monastery where you first opened your Hara connection. 

Title: Rumtek Monastery alias Dharma Chakra Centre near Gangtok in East Sikkim.

The monastery was originally built under the direction of Changchub Dorje, 12th Karmapa Lama in the mid-18th century and served as the main seat of the Karma Kagyu lineage. The monastery later was in ruins till the arrival of Rangjung Rigpe Dorje, 16th Karmapa, in Sikkim during the year 1959 after he fled from Tibet to India. The 16th Karmapa decided to rebuild Rumtek as his main seat in exile.

The sacred items and relics which was brought out from Tsurphu Monastery which served as the Karmapa’s seat in Tibet, were installed at Rumtek. the 16th Karmapa officially inaugurated his new seat at Rumtek monastery on the day of Losar festival in 1966 and declared it as the Dharmachakra Centre.

Tomas: “Yes Professor, I was profoundly moved by this meditation experience way up in the mountains of Sikkim. We even tried blowing the Tibetan musical long horns.”

Tomas: “Professor Heyoan. I am getting an expanded consciousness that now includes the whole planet. Are you referring to the task of transmuting the Mental Body as including all of humanity on Earth, and not just my mental body?”

Professor Heyoan: “Yes Tomas, you are doing this work for the raising the awareness of the ten billion (8 billion Souls in bodies and 2 billion Earth bound Souls) individualised and thought separated Human Energy Fields to become one with the Universal Core Energy Field again. This is why we call your Life Purpose as a Master Birth Path. When you have mastered this life purpose, we could call you Master Tomas. This is how important it is to apply the Intentions you have set for this life. Tomas congratulations you have made a great shift in your experiences during this visit home to your school on Arcturus. I understand Headmistress Ziah wants to talk with you again. So, for now, it is good bye from me and I look forward to catching up with you again soon in the near future.”

Tomas: “Professor Heyoan, thanks again and I look forward to seeing you again soon.”

I seek out the office of my Headmistress Ziah. 

Headmistress: “Tomas, you are positively glowing. How was the session with Professor Heyoan?”

Tomas: “Headmistress, you could say more enlightening than I could imagine with my so limited vision of the human brain. Really a spectacular reawakening to the encompassing energy of the twenty-eight constellations in which we exist and cycle through. One could say a head, a heart and a gut spinning experience, but much better than on a ride at a side show ally.”

The Havening Technique. An Amygdala Depotentiation Technique (ADT), for Trauma release. 

Headmistress: “Before you go home, I want you to take with you a simple exercise that you can share with your readers. This will help to ground them and you. So, the first task I need you to do is review a very simple self-massage technique to release the 180,000 years of Trauma records you have stored in your two-strand DNA in the nucleus of every cell. As the trauma is released in your DNA and at the ends of your nerve cells you will be able to start the journey of reconnecting your three brains energetically to expand and reconnect your DNA back to it’s activated twelve strands. Tomas: “So Headmistress, you want me to understand first how to use the Havening Technique to remove my inherited 180,000-year DNA trauma records and this lifetime’s traumatic stored events as I start to integrate my three brains. This I presume will enable me to transmute my Left-Brain mental body and achieve my Life Purpose of a Master Birth Path number of 22. OK, so now that I understand how to do the integration let’s do the clean-up.” 

Headmistress: “Yes Tomas, now that you have experienced the reconnection you have to apply this on Earth. To apply the energy of the universe on Earth you need to clean up the Earth. Spirit is the Intention while the Physical is the end result of the application. Do you remember the section in The Lord’s Prayer? ‘Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.’ Well Tomas, it is time for you to apply the reconnection between the Universal Energy in Heaven and the Human Energy on Earth as one energy. Sand paper off those rusted cooper wiring connections like on a car battery. The stored traumas are like the leaked white battery acid that is stopping the energy to flow between the battery and the running of the car or human body. The Earth needs a new battery recharge or even a new battery to be plugged in. Trauma is described as any event where you went down a dark rabbit hole away from the light and ended in a Dead end or dark night of the Soul. Come back up to the surface and into the light and find a safe haven. Dust yourself off and clean out the limiting memories with the Havening Technique.”

I pop off down the corridor to the video review room and start my research. This is a summary of what I have found. 

The Havening Technique for Trauma release. 

Simpler than I even imaged. Gently rub your face, your hands and then your arms, like so.

Encoding a traumatic memory

‘Traumatic encoding starts with a threatening event. The receiving sensory organ(s) converts this into an electrochemical signal, which is relayed to the thalamus. The thalamus sends projections to various parts of the brain including the lateral amygdala. The membrane surface of lateral amygdala has many types of receptors, but one specific type of glutamate receptor, the AMPA receptor, which derives its name from the man-made agonist, AMPA (α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid) is critical to maintaining the traumatic memory.’ 

Decoding a traumatic memory.

‘Havening Touch, applied under therapeutic conditions, tells the brain that we are safe and the event is escapable. In addition, as in potentiation, this glutamate release by binding to the AMPA receptor also exposes the internal phosphorus site that anchors the AMPA receptor to the membrane surface. This low frequency calcium oscillation is decoded by calmodulin and leads to the activation of an enzyme called calcineurin, a phosphatase. Calcineurin removes the anchoring phosphorous molecule from the AMPA receptor. Dynamin, along with Cathrin, then causes endocytosis (the bringing into the cell) of AMPA receptors thus removing them from the surface membrane. Once inside the cell the AMPA receptors are either degraded or recycled. Only depolarized membranes participate in this process thus speaking to the specificity of the process.’
