What have I experienced from my many visits to the Great Stupa and the Atisha Centre starting in 1985 when I went to Bendigo to marry my now long-term partner. I had met Lama Thubten Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rinpoche at a talk in The Relaxation Centre, Brisbane in 1979. After being away overseas for five years I had heard had Lama Thubten Yeshe had started the Atisha Meditation Centre or Gompa in the Australian bush outside of Bendigo.

During a visit to Bendigo in 2025 my Lucid dreaming started as a consciously aware Oneironaut in my sleep state about the meaning of the symbols of the Great Supa. After the
series of dreams, I went to photograph my experiences.

Tomas Oneironautic Lucid Dreaming. I found myself standing at the entrance to a small building and as I looked down, I observed a white and black stone tiling of the Yin Yang symbol. Immediately the thought came to me that I was entering this building with the female and male attitudes of a human as Robert Wilson, the scribe for this book.

Next moment I looked up and saw a white statute of Quan Yin at the entrance to The Great Stupa shop. A moment later I was looking at the Standing Rock Statue of the Buddha that my brother Ted had donated. (Ted moved from Brisbane and his furniture container had been stored at Bendigo, waiting for his house to be completed in Melbourne. When the house was completed, Ted decided to donate the Standing Rock Buddha to the Great Stupa rather than move it to Melbourne.)

Standing Rock Buddha: “Hello Tomas. Thanks for freeing me, I have been holding the vibration for this rock for hundreds of millions of years. Let us walk together for just a short
while.”
Tomas: “What a big fright you have given me. I was not expecting you to come alive.”
Standing Rock Buddha: “Tomas, let me remind you that this is a Universal Garden which means just that. This current Universe is 13.7 billion years old. The Arcturus star system that we rotate around is already 7 billion years old and this is from there we created the Sun and these planets some 4.5 billion years ago. We all reside within the Milky Way Galaxy and along with another 100,000 galaxies are collapsing at a very fast rate into the Great Attractor or Laniakea Supercluster at the centre of this Universe. Because we created or set intentions to experience the 5% Matter, the furthest denseness away from the Sound and Light of Source Energy we find ourselves walking with each other here.

This experience can also be described as Facing Away from the Light. I know you experienced a similar situation for 2 billion years, holding the intentions for the existence of the Warrumbungle Mountain Range in Western Australia. You were liberated by erosion. We are responsible for creating every intention for manifesting in dense 5% Matter within the mineral, mycelian, plant and animal kingdoms. However, many of us in Matter have realised that living in a dark rabbit hole is not much fun. We are turning 180 degrees and Facing once again towards the Light and making the journey back up the tunnel out of our rabbit holes.

Looking back on our journey through this Torus Energy Experiment over the last 13.7 billion years we need to observe our duality consciousness of Two Circles as the Vesica Piscis, Male and Female, Yin and Yang, to discover the liberating experience of the Buddha in the Three Circles of Fractal Mathematics.”
Tomas: “Yes, Standing Rock Buddha, I remember that feeling of liberation from being a rock for so long and yet for such a short time relative to the age of the Universe. As we are responsible for creating the Sun and Earth planetary systems, then we have to provide our time to experience the Mineral Kingdom, Mycelian Fungus Kingdom, Plant Kingdom, and the
Animal Kingdom.”
Standing Rock Buddha: “You know from experiencing the flow of Torus Energy we come out of a Big White Bang into the 5% Dark Matter and then return through a Big Black Hole into
the 95% White Light Energy and Light Matter at the Centre of the Universe. This garden holds the Energy and Symbolism for the return to the Fifth-dimension of the 95% White
Light and White Matter. Western science has described this as the 95% Lambda Cold Dark Energy and Dark Matter.”
Tomas: “Ok, Standing Rock Buddha, why do you think that Lama Thubten Yeshe chose this site for the Great Stupa of Universal Compassion? I notice you put a Kangaroo Statue in the
garden.”

Standing Rock Buddha: “Firstly, I would like to bring up in your dream mind screen the Earth’s Chakra Grid Map. You will be provided in later chapters, with a greater
understanding of how the Chakra Energy flows around your planet in addition to lay lines and song lines. This information will be further explained in Chapter 14 and again in Chapter
22.

Standing Rock Buddha: “Quan Yin (Kwan Yin) who is currently resident on the Pleiades star system, with an origin in the Chinese Dragon mythology is responsible for the flow of Sun Radiant Energy through the male and female meridians and chakra systems on our planet Earth.

The Female Dragon Line passes through Mt Kailash in Tibet, then crosses the Male Dragon Line at the Hindu Besakih Temple in North Eastern Bali, Uluru in Central Australia, Bendigo
in Victoria, Hobart in Tasmania before travelling across the South Pacific Ocean, then crossing the Male Dragon Line again at The Gate of the Sun Temple, Tiwanaku, Bolivia,
Glastonbury, and Moscow, before returning to Mt Kailash in Tibet. Mount Kailash, Tibet is located at an elevation of 6,638 m (21,778 ft), near the western trijunction between China, India and Nepal. Standing Rock Buddha: “Tomas, thank you for your brief freeing me from my Standing Rock Buddha formation. In Chapter 14 and 19 you will be further studying energy flows within the
Earth. Until we meet again. Goodbye for now, Tomas.” Tomas: “Thank for reminding of the longer-term picture of the Universe. Goodbye for now.”

Next moment I was standing in front of Quan Yin.

Quan Yin: “Hello Tomas. Let us fly together for just a short while. I am not stuck in this statue like the Standing Rock Buddha. I am speaking from the Fifth-dimension Energy, focused within this statue via the many blessed rolled prayers included in the framework. I am talking with you through your Heart Chakra and Right Brain, which is often called your intuition, synchronicity, meditation, Psychonautic techniques or as with you, through your Oneironautic Lucid Dreaming state while you are asleep.”
Tomas: “Quan Yin, what an honour to feel your soft, calm, female presence.”
Quan Yin: “Tomas, when you can only share an experience with another human, animal, mycelian, or mineral from a single life 5% Matter Western Science point of view you are very limited in your conversation, relationship, and your interaction. You can obverse the enormous breakdown in relationships in the increased divorce rate, wars, and the destruction of the animal, mycelian and mineral kingdoms because of this limited view. Many people have a single relationship with the Siddhartha Gautama Buddha, Jesus Christ, other Gurus, politicians, and family members. As you are aware that the Siddhartha Gautama Buddha was the 28 th manifestation in the 5% Matter human space suit rent-a-body. Let me show you a larger picture of the Buddha in 5% Matter and the 95% Fifth- dimension.

Tomas: “There is certainly a lot more to talk about when you become aware of the bigger, longer term story line. Can you share with me your past experiences with the Buddha?”
Quan Yin: “Well Tomas, as you know in Christianity you have Creation Story and then the Garden of Edan story.”

Quan Yin took me to the Sri Lankin section of the Peace Garden of Universal Compassion where they have recently planted a Bodhi Tree sapling from Sri Lanka that had been brought
originally from India over 2,500 years ago. This site triggered a memory in me of Princess Hemamali and Prince Dantha bringing the Buddha Relic of the Tooth to Abhayagiri Vihāra
Stupa complex, a major monastery site of Śrāvakayāna, Mahayana and Vajrayana Buddhism that is situated in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. Please note that 70% of Sri Lankan Buddhists
belong to the Theravada Buddhism teaching.

I looked down and was shown a replica of the entrance step to the Abhayagiri Vihāra Stupa with the Creation Story depicted in the step.

Tomas: “Yes Quan Yin I understand the Creation Story. I found the people in Sri Lanka as so friendly.”
Quan Yin: “Unfortunately, Sri Lanka has a 2,500-year history of Male King waring for control of Buddha’s relics for the dominations and control of others including the many Hindu sects.
In Buddhism we have the Avalokiteśvara Buddha Story of Creation in the male format of the ‘Lord who looks Down’ or ‘The Lord of the World.’ Quan Yin and Chenrezig are the female format of Avalokiteśvara. Quan Yin is also known in China and other Southeastern Asia nations as Kwan Yin. Tomas: “Can you describe what the Avalokitesvara look like?”
Quan Yin: “Let me show you a picture of a white Source Energy inside three circles all with white Source Energy surrounded by white Source Energy. The Universe skin of the Torus
Energy is like the outer black circle or fourth ring. The three circles around the centre are like our expansion into Female Dominant Energy, Male Dominant Energy and finally the
combined Heart Energy of Compassion where we can contract back into Source Energy within the centre circle, within each circle and outside circles altogether.”

Tomas: “How have you depicted this non-human image of Source Energy in the Great Stupa?”
Quan Yin: “We have used the image of the 1000 Arm Chenrezig to represent compassion. See how the circles have a similarity, with 9 Female Heads and one Male Buddha Head at the top. This represents Tenth-level Bodhisattva and the Daśabhūmikasūtra lists the following ten stages: Great Joy, Stainless, Luminous, Radiance, Very difficult to train, Obviously Transcendence, Gone Afar, Immoveable, Good Discriminating Wisdom, and Cloud of Dharma. This is also described as the Five Paths. This is based on the 5, 10 Decimal system of the 5% Matter of the Homo sapiens species. See below.

Tomas: “Yes, I can visualise the presence of Source Energy at every level of our existence. I can see have the Buddha used the Three Circles used in the Fractal Mathematics to go back to Source Energy through the Heart Chakra of the Homo sapiens.”
Yuan Yin: “On the Pleiades where I currently live, we have a female dominant environment and are working with an expanded intentional mathematics of Duodecimal mathematics of 12 and Tridecimal mathematics of 13 for the Homo consciousness species for application on Earth. The 880 million Highly Sensitive People who have arrived on Earth (Refer to The Life Changing message of Pixar Soul movie as noted in the Preface) since the 1980’s are here to commence the Homo consciousness species by expanding their 2 strand DNA to a fully functioning 12 strand DNA, use their Right Brain connection with their Heart Chakra to stay connected with the 95% Light Energy and Light Matter of the Fifth-dimension and use the Duodecimal and Tridecimal mathematics to run Earth. The seven-sided Chestahedron of the Female Heart Chakra and the 13-sided Decatria within the Heart Chakra Chestahedron will reawaken and activate our 12-chakra system within and without your body and around the Earth.

Where I now live on the Pleiades the team have been working on how to use the Female Energy with 7 for the Chestahedron Heart Chakra Geometrics, 12 Earth and Human Chakra points and the 13th Chakra Point as the path for ascension back to Source Energy. Refer to the Earth Grip Chart above. Also note that Moscow is considered the 13 th Chakra Point. Have a look at the differences between the 1000 arms and decimal mathematics and the 1080 arm of Duo Decimal and Tri Decimal mathematics.

Tomas: “Quan Yin. I see that both You and the Chenrezig are pouring the water as a symbol of Spirituality into the 5% Matter as a reminder of returning Home and that Source Energy is always with us.”

Quan Yin: “Yes Tomas, all these activated images, statues and carvings are set up to remind you of your journey from the square base of the Stupa to the circles at the top of the Stupa as a way, to return Home to the Dot or Zero Point Energy. At this point I would like to hand you over to the Green Tara. I will say good night to you.”

Tomas: “Quan Yin and Chenrezig thank you for your knowledge and insightful vigilance over our journey through Earth and our sojourns through the mineral, mycelian, plant, and animal kingdoms.”

The next moment I found myself standing in front of the Green Tara located within the Great Stupa of Universal Compassion and this what she looked like.

Green Tara: “Hello Tomas. What an honour to meet with you again in your Oneironaut Lucid Dreaming state. Let me hop out of this carving from one half of the Polar Pride Jade rock found in Canada. The other half of the rock was used to carve the Polar Pride Jade Buddha the other half of my energy. Turn around and look at my male aspect.

Green Tara: “Tomas there are some concepts that I would like to remind you of. 

1. One Circle. We have all come from Source Energy and carry Source Energy with us.
2. Two Circles. By our creating this Universe, we entered, into Duality. This is often described as Female and Male. We are both Female and Male. You will be introduced to your Female Aspect in Chapter 15. Our Left Brain and Right Brains have been separated. Left brain for logic and Right brain for intuition. Your 12 strand DNA has been compromised to an active 2 strand DNA. Your four kingdoms face inwardly or outwardly. The mineral and plant kingdoms face outwardly flowering and reproduction on the outside. Mycelian and animal kingdoms face inwardly with reproduction on the inside.
3. Three Circles. Torus Energy has a point of outflow of energy and inflow of energy. The Big White Bang expansion 13.7 billion years ago and the Big Black Holes we are contracting in. We describe this concept as having two wombs. The joining of two circles creates the Vesica Piscis Female Womb for the outflowing into the 5% Matter. My Two Breasts Womb represent the second combination of two circles to create the Heart Chakra Womb for inflowing to the 95% Universe of Compassion. This is Asension. Just as a reminder, I activated my ascension as the Male Buddha through the Third Circle of the Heart Chakra Womb using the Fractal Calculation as represented by the Mandelbrot Set.

Green Tara: “Tomas let me show you a Thangka (Spiritual painting) of myself siting as the White Tara showing my Two Breasts Heart Chakra Womb.”

Tomas: “This Thangka depicting you as ascended back to the White Light of Source Energy through your Two Breasts Heart Chakra Womb is such a hopeful path for us to follow back to the Fifth-dimension. I likewise enjoy Lucid Dreaming on Earth to once again experience the peace and Universal Compassion within the Fifth-dimension.”

Green Tara: “The important feeling, that you are picking up from this visit, is that the Great Stupa of Universal Compassion has combined the Female Energy of the Green Tara with Male Energy of the Green Buddha from one piece of Polar Pride Jade. This Stupa is no longer filled with a Male dominating Energy but a balance of both Female and Male energies. It is like I have rebalanced my Female and Male Energies as I have passed through a Big Black Hole.”

Tomas: “Yes you are right, the energy I am feeling now at The Great Stupa is the balance between both Female and Male Energies. Thank you for helping me to understand and acknowledge this feeling. The Stupa has become ‘Alive’ within my Heart Chakra, and it is no long just a shrine to visit. This would be a great outcome if all shrines were able to rebalance both their Female and male Energies. Just look around at the empty feelings you get from male dominating, churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, family units, corporations and political parties.”

Green Tara: “Let me bring in here the three circles that the Black Buddha shared with you in Chapter Seven of this book and relate these to the Two Wombs concepts.

Tomas: “How do I activate these Torus Energy flows through my body to experience the Two Circle womb into Matter of the Fourth-dimension and my Three Circle Heart Chakra Womb into the Fifth-dimension?”

Green Tara: “In Chapter 14 you will experience a greater understanding of Tantric Yoga and Tummo Breathing. So, for this worksheet I will explain Outward oriented Kriya Tantras under the Mahayana Buddhist Tradition. You focus is on an external Known Deity. A Known Deity is one where it is recorded that they have experienced travel in the Fifth-dimension. These can include The Buddha, The Christ, The Muhammad, and other Ascended Masters or Bodhisattvas. 

This tantric yoga creates a Male orientated Microcosmic Orbit down the back through your Acupuncture Governing Meridian Line and up your front through your Acupuncture Creative Meridian Line. This creates more Matter. This is depicted in the image of the Standing Rock Buddha that you meet at the front gate. The Sun Radiant Energy comes in through your Pineal Gland at the Third Eye before going down your back to the Earth. The Female Earth Heart Energy then flows up your front recharging your Solar Plexus with Chi Energy before returning through your Crown Chakra or Bai Hui Point. This then produces a circuit for the energy to flow from the Sun through You to the Earth and back to the Sun as a Torus Energy Field that holds the Earth in alignment with the Sun. This is different from Sun Light that is blasted out to us as Solar Flares. Refer to the attached Chart.”

Title: Tantric Yoga to Create a Male Microcosmic Orbit within the Body.

Green Tara: “The second is an Inward orientated Vajra Yogini Tanta under the Vajrayana Buddhist Tradition. This tradition focuses yourself internally as your Own Deity using untrammelled awareness of not being confined within your body. 

Your Own Deity is where You experience travelling in the Fifth-dimension as you are doing in your Lucid Dreaming. (Refer to https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Main_Page, for ways to travel in the Fifth-dimension.) Instead of being stuck within a square cube body of Matter we expand out to the circle and the skin of the Universe. We use the Five-pointed Star to circulate the Sun Radiant Energy in through the Left arm over our left Breast and down our right Leg to the Earth. We then bring the Female Earth Heart Energy back up through our Left Leg through our Right Breast and back out our Right Arm to the Sun. This enables us to open up our Two Breasts Heart Chakra Womb to enter the Fifth-dimension.

The Pentad Pentagon within the circle is like looking up through your body to opening up the Heart Chakra Womb from below. Another depiction is the Steiner Chain with Orthogonal Circles noted above.

Green Tara: “Another way to view this is to understand the Leonardo da Vinci Vitruvian Man and Woman painting. The Male at the front is like a cross in a square. Consider this that the body at the back is a Female five-pointed star that fits within the circle.”

Tomas: “I can see this is like the crossover Function Lines and Spiral Lines of Myofascial Release Therapy. This is activating our Tia Chi and Qigong Energies. These meridian lines were cut out of the Post Mao Acupuncture Charts used to teach Western Acupuncturists.

It reminds me of what it would be like standing in the Buckminster Fuller’s Fly’s Eye Dome at the Pérez Art Museum in Miami feeling the circles within the land of square matter.”

Green Tara: “I would like to show you that within our 8-fold path of Buddhism we always had the concept of the Three Circles and the Two Wombs, one to come out into matter and then another to go back into the Universe. Refer to the attached banner.

Green Tara: “Before I leave you, I would like to share with you the geometric symbols of the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Bendigo. The Sacred Heart Description says it all. The spire is based on a square, with 8 sides going up to a circle, which is similar to The Great Stupa.

Green Tara: “However, inside the Cathedral you have the circle with a six-pointed hexagon. Below that you have a four-pointed star and then two three-pointed stars. This equates to 10 points of the Decimal system or the old male dominating way of thinking. (We are now combining the Female and Male Energies through the 12 and 13 numbering system.) Then there are the two long windows that could be seen as representing the Female and Male Energy of Duality. If you took one of the long windows with the three-pointed star above and combined this with the four-pointed star, then you arrive at seven points of the seven-sided Chestahedron of the Heart Chakra. We each must individually achieve this experience of Universal Compassion through the heart Chakra.

Tomas: “Yes thank you for opening my application of the geometry at the Sacred Heart Cathedral where I was married. 

I understand that Lama Thubten Yeshe died on 3 March 1984. On 12 February 1985 Ösel Hita Torres was born in Granada in Spain. He was recognised as the reincarnation of Lama Thubten Yeshe by Lama Zopa Rinpoche. I love that you recognise Ösel Hita Torres as the reincarnation of Lama Thubten Yeshe. We would all have a lot more to share if we recognised our past lives and the karma yet to complete.”
